WHAT IS THE EDUCATIONAL PROJECT

Our Educational School Programme is designed to bring students closer to the history and values of Athletic Club through a unique experience at San Mamés and the AC Museum. During a 2-hour guided tour, students experience the stadium like the players, discover the museum and participate in activities linked to the school curriculum.

Is there a special rate for schools/school visits?

Visit the educational centers section and group bookings.

What is the minimum and maximum group size for a school visit?

Recommended groups of 20 schoolchildren + guide per visit (for larger groups, please inquire).

What happens if my visit coincides with a match or training session?

On match days, training days, or when special events are held at San Mamés, both the opening hours and the stadium tour are subject to change. Likewise, on LALIGA match days, access to the tour will close 5 hours before the start of the match. The museum, meanwhile, will remain open until 2 hours before the start of the match.

What are your cancellation or change policies?

The purchaser may buy a ticket for the date and time slot available. However, due to the Club’s needs or certain circumstances, such as a clash with a match, training session, or other event, the Club may cancel the possibility of visiting the Museum and/or attending the Tour on the chosen date and time. In this case, and unless the initially scheduled time is changed, the purchaser may request a partial or full refund of the amount paid, depending on the activity that is ultimately not carried out.

In any case, it is the responsibility of the purchaser or user of the ticket to confirm, prior to visiting the Museum and/or Tour, that the visit is available on the chosen date and time (24 hours in advance).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, once the ticket purchase process has been completed, the purchase cannot be canceled or modified, and the purchase is final. Therefore, tickets will not be replaced, nor will a partial or total refund of the amount paid be given, even if the purchaser or recipients of the tickets are unable to attend the visit and/or tour or if they have made a mistake when making the purchase.

Are the museum and tour accessible to students with reduced mobility?
