WHAT YOU NEED TO ENJOY YOUR VISIT
Organize your tour of San Mamés without leaving anything to chance. Here is some practical information to ensure your experience is perfect from the very first minute.
Opening hours
Opening hours and tours may be subject to change on match days, closed training sessions or other events at San Mamés.
- Summer opening hours (March to October)
Tuesday to Sunday: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
July and August: Open every day from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm - Winter opening hours (November to February)
Tuesday to Sunday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Closed on Mondays)
How to get there
Public transport in Bilbao is accessible and adapted for people with functional diversity. In the vicinity of the Museum, there are municipal parking spaces reserved for people with functional diversity who have an accreditation card.

From what age do children pay for the tour?
Children aged 6 and over must purchase a ticket. Children under 6, as well as members and Club Athletic cardholders (both under 14), are admitted free of charge.
No. Membership status as a member of Club Athletic or an official supporters’ club will be verified on the day of the visit by means of the membership card of the group to which the person belongs or the ID card of the holder, which is personal and non-transferable.
The price of tickets on the website is €1.50 more than at the box office (administration fees) for each ticket purchased.
It is not necessary, unless you want to take the guided tour, in which case places are limited and subject to capacity.
There are two types of tours: guided or audio-guided.
Both the museum and the audio-guided tour can be visited independently, accompanied by explanations provided on the AC Museoa website. You will need your own cell phone and headphones.
If you choose the guided San Mamés tour, you will visit San Mamés with a professional guide who will explain the most interesting points of the tour and with whom you can interact during the approximately 45 minutes that the tour lasts.
Audio guide tours are available in Basque, Spanish, English, and French.
