The San Mames VIP Area is split between seats and suites in the central ring, consisting of 4 rows of seats distributed as follows:

• The first two rows closest to the pitch are VIP seats sold individually with a right to services in common areas.
• The other two outer rows furthest from the pitch are part of the suite located immediately behind them. In addition to having a right to services in common areas, the people seated here are entitled to use a private suite. San Mames has suites with 8, 10 or 12 seats, located in the main and east stands.

All suites and VIP seats have the same value-added services and coexist in the common lounges that occupy 6,000 m2.

Possible hiring arrangements are as follows:

• Suites: season ticket for 2 seasons.
• VIP seat: season ticket for 1 season.
• Match day: ticket for a VIP seat for one match.

A VIP ticket allows you to enjoy an unbeatable view of the game, go in an hour and a half before the game to experience the atmosphere beforehand and taste the cuisine offered by our selection of Biscayan chefs, who have a total of 11 Michelin stars between them, during and up to more than an hour after the end of each match.

There is free movement within the central ring, allowing you to build relationships with whoever you want to while watching the game in a unique space, with personalised care and all amenities such as Wi-Fi and the internal TV channel showing the game live so you do not miss any of the action.

11 Michelin stars so that you can enjoy the best gastronomy during the game. Nerua Guggenheim Bilbao, Garena, Azurmendi (3*), Andra Mari, Eneko, Atelier Etxanobe, Zarate, Zortziko and Boroa are the Biscayan restaurants which will cook snacks and hot, cold and sweet creations on every match day.

The gastronomy service is a standing buffet-type service which starts operating an hour and a half before the game until an hour after the end of the match. The San Mames VIP Area also has many bars, which increases the number of service points during these 4 hours.

When you buy tickets on sanmames.athletic-club.eus, you will receive an e-mail with your tickets in PDF form. You will need to print them before you go to San Mames.

If you buy tickets via the San Mames VIP Area customer service department, you will be able to pick them up once you have paid for them at the San Mames offices (next to box office 1, between Gates 6 and 7) from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm and on Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

As the transfer can take more than a day, confirm with the office whether the tickets have been issued before coming.

If you cannot come to the office, you will be able to pick up the tickets at the ticket office marked as “VIP Area” on match day from 2 hours before the game by presenting your national ID card.

In all cases, the person who makes the purchase is authorised to pick up the tickets. The purchaser may authorise someone else to collect the tickets in advance by e-mail: smva@athletic-club.eus.

You can access the San Mames VIP Area an hour and a half before the match and continue to enjoy the services included up to one hour after the match.

There is no dress code per se, although it is not common to see people in sports clothing, sleeveless t-shirts or bare-footed.

All children accessing the San Mames VIP Area must present their tickets, even if they are not occupying a seat, and must be accompanied by an adult.

LaLiga matches will go on sale once the date, time, opponent and services available have been confirmed.

For on-line purchases, we have set Sunday and Wednesday as a guide for matches. The exact day and time of each match will be announced around 15 days in advance.

You can purchase up to 5 tickets on the sanmames.athletic-club.eus website.

To purchase more than 5 tickets, send us your request to smva@athletic-club.eus, indicating the match and number of tickets.
