Live the red & white Easter!

If you visit Bilbao these days you can live an Easter in red & white. The AC Museum and its Tour will open every day, same as our catering establishments in San Mames, so you can enjoy your holidays like a lion.

Easter in Bilbao

If you are going to be in Bilbao this Easter, you should know that there are plenty of plans with a red & white spirit to enjoy.

The Athletic Club Museum and the San Mames Tour don’t take holidays. On the contrary, they will be open every day from 10:00 to 20:00. Here you will be able to get closer to the great moments of the Athletic Club’s century-old career as more than 1,000 pieces and 900 videos selected from the Museum Archive are presented on a museum tour that breaks down the history of the red & white team and gives value to a collective heritage.

The visit to the AC Museum will be accompanied by the unforgettable experience of the San Mames Tour. A journey through the bowels of the stadium and the rooms where the red & white atmosphere is felt on match days: locker rooms, press room and, of course, the field and stands. Naturally without forgetting Pichichi’s iconic bust too.

Eating in San Mames

More good news: the restaurant San Mames Jatetxea (13:00-00:00) as well as the bar La Campa de los Ingleses (10:00-19:00) will open its doors every day during Easter. In this way, at the hands of the restaurant run by chef Fernando Canales, you will have the opportunity to immerse in the gastronomic identity of Bizkaia in an unrivalled location. Product and taste fuse together in San Mames Jatetxea to create a delicious experience in a unique setting.

Also, in La Campa de los Ingleses you can enjoy a wide range of menus and a spectacular brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 to 12:45.

Geuria

Let’s not forget about Geuria, the sports bar in San Mames where you will have at your disposal a varied menu and the possibility to watch together with your close ones the match between RCD Espanyol and Athletic Club on Saturday, 8th April, at 16:15.

It will not be just watching, but diving into our large LED screens. Similarly, a week later you will be able to live the prelude to the derby against Real Sociedad (15th April, 16:15).

Therefore, if you are coming to Bilbao this Easter, note down all those plans in your diary so you can live a few days in red & white.
