Geuria! has a lot to offer if you’re not sure about what to do in Bilbao during the weekends. Linkin Parke, a Carnival party and Pájaro form the musical line-up for February.

Culture and gastronomy come together once again at Geuria!, where you enjoy the best concerts at San Mames as well as a variety of different events in a unique setting.
For example, on Saturday 11 February (21:00 CET) the Linkin Parke tribute band will perform live covers of Linkin Park, one of the most important alternative rock bands of the last few decades. From Uribe Kosta, Linkin Parke is made up of different musicians from several popular bands such as Amimishock, Shinova, Late To Scream, Tunnel 483, Fraktura and Black Ocean Witness.
Their goal is to pay tribute to Linkin Park and those great songs which Linkin Park themselves are no longer able to perform live.
All with the intention of recreating these songs as faithfully as possible and paying homage to one of the most significant singers in the history of contemporary rock, the sadly deceased Chester Charles Bennington.
The members have more than 15 years of experience in the world of music and music production and this is reflected in the way they reconstruct and capture the live sound of Linkin Park with such special care.
Linkin Parke’s shows are accompanied by lights and visuals to create a complete live experience. It’s an experience you can enjoy on Saturday 11 February at Geuria!, San Mames’ in-built bar, while you enjoy good food and good beer.
Linkin Park: A Chester Bennington Tribute is an homage that focuses on specific periods of the band, adapting to the atmosphere of each event or recreating famous live shows such as Live In Texas or Rock Am Ring.
18 and 19 February: A weekend packed with music at Geuria!
And don’t forget to save space in your diary for 18 and 19 February, carnival weekeend in Bilbao. On both days, there will be new musical performances at this venue located next to Gate 13 of San Mames.
On Saturday 18 February at 21:00, there will be a carnival party involving numerous tribute bands: Villanos del Silencio (who cover Héroes del Silencio songs), Simiesco Total (a Siniestro Total cover band), Ladys Ramone, who base their show on The Ramones classics, and The Daltonics, a band from Biscay who on this occasion will dress up to perform various rock classics in Spanish.
Furthermore, on Sunday 19 at 13:00, Andrés Herrera Ruíz’, the Andalusian artist known as Pájaro (‘Bird’ in English), will visit San Mames’ Geuria! once again after his celebrated concert in September 2022. This time he will be performing with a full band to celebrate the publication of his book “De Santa Leone al Gran Poder” (From Saint Leone to the Great Power). It is a biography detailing his life and musical experiences over the 10 years of this project.
This musician and rocker from Seville has played guitar for iconic groups such as Brigada Ligera and Pata Negra as well as for Kiko Veneno and his revered Silvio. Rock, surf, blues, swing, flamenco, spaghetti western and verses by Saint John of the Cross intermingle in the musical universe created by one of the most original artists on the current scene.
